By downloading, installing, or using the Metronome app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
LexmiLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may use the App on any Mac device that you own or control for practicing music and keeping time.

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of LexmiLabs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LEXMILABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXMILABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
LexmiLabs may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LexmiLabs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
